Body mass index is a value derived from the mass and height of a person. This value defines if you are in Underweight range, Normal range, Overweight range or in Obesity Range. Click Here to Calculate your BMI.

  • Underweight – If your BMI is less than 18.5
  • Normal – If your BMI is 18.5 to 24.9
  • Overweight – If your BMI is 25.0 to 29.9
  • Obesity – If your BMI is 30.0 or higher
